Abstract
ABSTRACT There are many criminal cases caused by alcoholic beverages. Alcohol abuse today makes humans have no social nature so that it results in immoral actions because individuals who consume alcohol make their thoughts tend to be brutal. Various methods have been taken by both law enforcement and the community to reduce alcohol use, starting from patrols and sweeping carried out by mass organizations, as well as reporting to the authorities regarding alcohol use in the community. However, the authorities can only find out by recognizing it from its physical appearance, without knowing the level of alcohol consumed. To overcome this problem, the author wants to create tools and android applications to make it easier to detect and record the identity of respondents who are detected to contain alcohol. The programming language used to build alcohol detection tools and applications is Pascal using Embarcadero Delphi XE10. Database processing using MySQL. Keywords: Detector, Alcohol, Android.
