Abstract

ABSTRACT Sadewa Homestay is an inn in the Special Region of Yogyakarta (DIY), located on Jalan Boyong Kaliurang, Ngipiksari, Hargobinangun, Kec. Pakem, Sleman Regency, Yogyakarta Special Region 55582. Currently Sadewa Homestay has not used the reservation information system to make lodging reservations at Sadewa Homestay. The Sadewa Homestay reservation section still uses the bookkeeping process to input data in the room, such as check-in and check-out data on room reservations that come in every day so it takes quite a long time. This method is inefficient in making reservations, not only that, collecting data using the bookkeeping method has obstacles that will disrupt the reservation process and information services that are channeled slowly to customers. With the Sadewa Homestay hotel reservation system, it is easier to handle matters related to transactions and also room data collection as well as check-in and check-out times.
