Abstract

Management of Human Resources (HR) in a company is one very important aspect where the company can record all aspects of the company, one of which is employee data. Born Digital is a company in the IT sector whose business focus is making Website applications, Android applications, Digital Marketing, Graphic Design and Data Entry. Born Digital has various work divisions such as the Designer division, which is the part that takes care of work in the field of graphic design, the Development division, which is the part that takes care of work in the field of web and android application development, the last is the Data Entry division, which is the part that takes care of work related to data and data. content. Currently the company is still having difficulty processing all data relating to existing human resources because there is not yet a system that can assist companies in managing existing human resource data and organizing existing data. The development of a web-based Human Resource Management System (HRMS) aims to make it easier for companies to organize and process data such as employee data, annual leave calculation data for each employee, employee attendance data, client data and project data being worked on by employees. The system design uses the Laravel framework combined with the Chartjs library and MySQL as the database server. This system can assist company management in organizing and managing data related to human resources. This system also makes it easy for employees to apply for annual leave
