Abstract

The writing of this work practice report aims to determine the marketing strategies contained in Perumda BPR Bank Jogja. In addition, it is also to fulfill the academic requirements in obtaining an Associate Expert degree in the D3 Accounting education program, Yogyakarta Technological University. The writing of this report outlines the benefits and objectives of implementing work practices (internships), including understanding the types of strategies that can be used by banks in marketing and understanding the advertising activities contained in Bank Jogja, as well as understanding the factors contained in the marketing environment. Among them is the level of competition between Rural Banks in the Yogyakarta City area, which is increasing in number. In addition, they also know the application of the theory obtained during the lecture process. The tasks carried out by interns include studying the products and services offered by Bank Jogja to customers based on their needs and abilities and implementing them to every customer who needs information regarding the terms and conditions to be able to take a service at Bank Jogja. Participate in the routine activities of Bank Jogja in order to improve the quality of services and closeness to the community so that Bank Jogja can be known more widely.
