Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of efficiency and effectiveness of the implementation of financial performance at the Regional Financial Management Agency (BPKD) of Klaten Regency for the period 2018 to 2020. Measurement of Financial Performance is able to determine the company's ability to use or manage assets owned to generate profits efficiently, measuring Financial performance is able to determine the strengths and weaknesses of the financial performance of government agencies and determine future performance. The analysis technique used is the Independence Ratio, Effectiveness Ratio, Efficiency Ratio, Share and Growth. The results of the research on the average Independence Ratio of Klaten district in 2018 to 2020 are in the pattern of instructive relationships. However, the level of effectiveness of Klaten Regency's regional financial management in 2018 to 2020 is considered very effective. While the level of efficiency from 2018 to 2020, the financial management of the Klaten Regency area is fairly efficient. The financial condition of the Klaten Regency government from 2018 to 2020 is categorized as still not ideal, this can be seen from the contribution of Regional Original Income (PAD) to total expenditure (share) is high but growth (growth) of Regional Original Income (PAD) is low. This has the potential to increase the role of Regional Original Revenue (PAD) in total expenditure.
