Abstract

The writing of this final project discusses the analysis of the public satisfaction index on the performance of public services at the National Unity and Political Agency of Sleman Regency. Overall, Kesbangpol received a good rating, but in some cases Kesbangpol encountered problems when carrying out the work program, including inadequate facilities in the village where it was held. Second, the time of the seminar or socialization that is adjusted to the schedule in the community. The purpose of writing this final project is to determine the index of community satisfaction with public services at Kesbangpol. The National Unity and Political Body of Sleman Regency is one of the regional apparatuses formed in accordance with Regional Regulation Number 11 of 2016 concerning the Formation and Composition of Regional Apparatuses of the Sleman Regency Government. The data was obtained by using the Community Satisfaction Index (IKM) questionnaire based on the decision of Men.PAN Number: KEP/25M.PAN/2/2004. The research of writing this final project uses descriptive research methods because the implementation includes data, analysis and interpretation of the meaning and data obtained. This research is structured as an inductive research, namely seeking and collecting data in the field with the aim of knowing the factors, elements of form, and a nature of phenomena in society. The results of this study indicate that the overall service performance of Kesbangpol is included in the very good category, so it can be concluded that the realization of the public service performance of the National Unity and Political Agency of Sleman Regency is in the "Successful" category. The authors provide evaluations including conducting site surveys so that Kesbangpol can adjust their needs to the community, holding consultations with the community before conducting seminars or socializing so that the agreed schedule makes more participants in the seminar. So that in the future, if Kesbangpol has made improvements to services to the community, of course this can affect the community satisfaction index and can maintain a good assessment from the community.
