Abstract
The problem experienced at Jogja Media Center is in the inventory section, in particular, where the inventory process does not have a record every month so that goods are often lacking and the reporting process has not been integrated into one device properly, thus slowing down the raw material reporting process. For these problems, research is carried out which aims to determine the raw material inventory system, transactions for incoming and outgoing goods and printing reports so as to make it easier to carry out stock management of raw materials. In the initial stage, making the design of this raw material inventory system begins with making a system requirements analysis and then proceeds with a system design process based on a needs analysis, the last of the process of making this system is the implementation of system design into a new system. The software used is using Visual Studio Code or other visual applications such as Visio, MySQL Database, Xampp, and with the PHP programming language using the Laravel Framework. After doing the design process, this research produces an information system that is implemented and has capabilities including processing incoming goods, processing goods out, and making reports. With this system, it is hoped that the raw material management process at the Jogja Media Center will minimize errors in the raw material inventory process.
