Abstract
Kedai Opium Kopi is one of the culinary places in Godean, Yogyakarta Special Region. The ordering and payment system at Kedai Candu Kopi is still manual for sales recap and it's still manual. Therefore, Kedai Candu Kopi needs computerization to improve data management and sales systems every day so that it is faster and more accurate in ordering payers and making reports. The ordering and payment system is part of a point of sale system that is designed and built to record order data, payments and process sales reports. Implementation of a system to help handle order data to payment so that services can be improved. Data collection techniques used to analyze system requirements are interviews, observations, and literature studies. The design of this ordering and payment system uses the Unified Modeling Language (UML) to describe the processes that occur in the system. The diagrams used are use case diagrams, activity diagrams, sequence diagrams, and class diagrams. The programming languages used are PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript and MySQL as the database. The results of this study produce an application that contains menu data processing forms, order forms, transaction processing forms, and sales charts. This ordering and payment system can be used properly to handle buyer order data and make it easier for employees to make payments and make sales reports.
