Abstract

Palagan Petshop is a shop engaged in the sale of equipment and supplies for pet needs which was established in 2015. Currently, Palagan Petshop has 3 branches, the first branch is named "Monjali Petshop" which is located at Jalan Monjali No.46, the second branch is named "Monjali Petshop". "Palagan Petshop" which has its address at Jalan Palagan Soldiers of Students No.48, and the last branch "Monjali Petshop" which has its address at Jalan Kaliurang KM 10. Currently, the sales transaction process and management at Palagan Petshop are still manual by using books and then entered into Microsoft Office Excel, so searching for data takes a long time, and loss can also occur. The purpose of this study is to build a web-based petshop sales system for the online process of ordering pet supplies and food using e-commerce features and payment methods using a payment gateway. So that customers can buy petshop products from home without having to go to the store. The research method in this study uses several methods that aim to facilitate the analysis consisting of observation, interviews and literature study. A web-based application for selling pet supplies and food can make the process of selling animal feed and equipment online through a website that has been built. Sales based on available products then make payments using a payment gateway. The system can also generate sales reports to facilitate the management of computerized sales data.
