Abstract
Hana Flower Story is a florist or flower shop owned by Amelia which is quite large and well known in the Seturan area, Yogyakarta which was established in 2015. Hana Flower Story sells various kinds of flower bouquets ranging from graduation, birthday parties, weddings, large bouquets, dry flowers, and seasonal flowers. Hana Flower Story carries out its marketing process by opening a shop, placing advertisements and selling their products through Instagram so that payments are made in cash for customers who come to the store and transfers for customers who make transactions via whatsapp so it is not efficient because the transaction records are still written on notes and ledgers, customers must queue at the store and wait for an admin reply to find out detailed information about the product or wait for payment confirmation and details of transactions that have been made. This research method uses qualitative methods, namely by conducting interviews, collecting data, analyzing the data that has been obtained, conducting product documentation, as well as implementing and testing. This study aims to avoid the need to make face-to-face transactions so as to overcome the queue directly, overcome customer fraud when making payments, help owners and admins to save and generate data reports automatically. This website-based e�commerce was created using several programming languages HTML, CSS, Vue.js, Javascript with the help of the Laravel Framework, Bootstrap, Tailwind and Midtrans Payment Gateway as an API to make online payments and Rajaongkir as an API to calculate shipping costs based on customer addresses. and selected expeditions. Making this system can help process transactions that occur in Hana Flower Story so that it becomes more efficient.
