Abstract

Heles Media Network is one of the internet service providers in Gunungkidul area. The internet usage billing process is still carried out by going directly to the customer's house at the time of payment due. The billing process that is still manual is very ineffective and results in frequent errors during the payment process. Therefore, researchers help develop a system that can simplify the payment transaction process. This study aims to design and build a system that can facilitate the management of customer data and payment transactions on the Heles Media Network. The system to be built is web-based. The technology used in building this system is HTML (Hypertext Markup Language), CSS (Cascading Style Sheet), JavaScript, MySQL (My Structured Query Language), Vue.js, PHP (PHP Hypertext Preprocessor), Laravel, Application Programming Interface and Payment Gateways. The result of this research is a web-based system that can facilitate the management of customer data and serve payment transactions with payment gateway technology, so that the payment process becomes easier just by accessing the internet network and the data management system becomes more effective and does not cause errors at the time of delivery. make a report at the end of each month.
