Abstract

Toko Bahtera Mandiri is a mini market located in Grabag District, Purworejo Regency, Central Java. Toko Bahtera Mandiri sells various products from Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) and large companies to the general public, with so many products stored by Toko Bahtera Mandiri in warehouses, it is necessary to have a system to manage the stock of goods in the warehouse. However, in its application, Toko Bahtera Mandiri still uses Microsoft Excel in managing warehouses which take a lot of time and data storage is still local, not yet connected to the internet. Thus, this web-based inventory data management system was created to manage the stock of goods in the warehouse more regularly and connected to the internet in managing and also making reports. Making this system using a programming language, namely Hypertext Preprocessor (PHP) based on a framework, Hypertext Markup Language (HTML), and using MySQL as a database management system (DBMS). This system can be managed anytime and anywhere using the internet. This study uses the waterfall method to develop the system and the black box testing method is used to test the system. The questionnaire that has been filled out by 7 respondents who are employees of Toko Bahtera Mandiri, 4 respondents agree and 3 respondents strongly agree with the existence of this inventory data management system to make managing data on goods in the warehouse of Toko Bahtera Mandiri easier.
