Abstract
Bintang Arut is one of the typical Indramayu batik shops located on Jl. Corporal Yahya No. 120 A RT. 03 RW. 01 Paoman Village, Indramayu District, Indramayu Regency, West Java 45211. At this batik shop the sales information process is still not efficient because sales records, inventory records, procurement records are still manually recorded in books, thus hampering the performance of the batik shop. Based on these problems, a Web-Based Sales Information System Design was made to handle the sales process. The method used in this study is a qualitative method with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation, which consists of analysis, design, implementation. This system is built using HTML and CSS as a system display, PHP as a programming language that provides functions, MySQL as a database server, and Visual Studio Code as a visitor. Sales Information System is expected to be able to assist the owners and employees of Bintang Arut in handling the sales process to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of batik shop performance.
