Abstract
PJKA7 motorcycle custody is a service business in the service sector that was established in 2002, with activities to serve consumers who will leave their vehicles. PJKA7 custody is located on Jalan Lempuyangan No. 1 Bausasran, Yogyakarta City. At the PJKA7 custody, the report on the motorbikes that come in every day has not been achieved yet, and the existing data is not well organized, making it difficult to find when the admin or owner needs information related to transactions. In the process of entrusting the vehicle at the PJKA7 custody, the customer entrusts the vehicle by coming to the place of care, the vehicle that is deposited will be recorded by the officer then the customer pays according to the day specified to leave the vehicle, the customer gets a note or ticket. The purpose of this research is to make it easier for admins, owners and customers to build a system that can count the number of vehicles entering and leaving each day, and so that the existing data is stored properly and so that it is easy to find at any time when you need information related to transactions. In an effort to make it easier for customers to make transactions that produce reservation notes, and reports for owners and admins. The system is built using the PHP and HTML programming languages, this research produces an application that has a process for recording reports and calculating data processing transactions and making notes. To determine the performance of the application that has been built, testing is carried out using the Black Box method. The test results show that the application built is suitable for use by customers.
