Abstract

Abstract Nurani Petcare is a veterinary care clinic located in the Yogyakarta area, Nurani Petcare has several obstacles, namely obstacles in recording supplies of medicines and consumable medical devices which are still written in the stock book manually, and the impact on the discrepancy between the amount of stock in the book and conditions in the storage area, in addition to the possibility of wasting stock of drugs and consumables due to the expiration date of usage due to improper storage is also an obstacle at the clinic. This study aims to build an application for managing and recording data on drugs and consumable medical devices based on the priority of the expiration date accurately, as well as information on stock availability and expiration time that can be accessed at any time. The system is built with the PHP and Kotlin programming languages, and uses a MySQL database, and supporting software, namely Android Studio, Microsoft Visual Studio Code and PHPMy Admin. This study resulted in an android-based drug data management system application and consumable medical devices that support performance in managing and recording medicines and consumable medical devices.
