Abstract
Abstract Culture includes an integrated pattern of knowledge, beliefs, and human behavior. The pattern of behavior in social groups is one of the meanings of culture. Cultural elements such as art represent society and have always been a symbol of identity for the people who support it. In this practical work report, the authors would like to share their experiences during job training at the Culture Service of Sleman Regency. The choice of this agency is because the author wants to know how the real world of work is in a public service provided by the agency. During practical work, the author sorts correspondence, inputs offline data and records data from the Sleman Culture Service. From the results of this experience, the author can get to know the world of office work starting from planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating programs in each work unit by developing insight into creative and innovative thinking patterns.
