Abstract
Abstract After attending various levels of education, internship is a process of applying knowledge. Students can gain knowledge and skills used in the workplace by participating in an internship program. The ideal approach to apply what has been learned in school to use is to do an internship program at PT. Angkasa Pura II (PERSERO) Soekarno-Hatta International Airport. The Branch Communication unit, which manages public relations and protocols, is the place for internships during the internship program. Planning campaigns and publicity tactics is the job of public relations. making presentations and press releases through writing and production, handling inquiries from the general public, press and related organizations. organize and participate in promotional activities such as press conferences, open houses, exhibitions, tours and excursions. Organizing and establishing procedures for meetings and events is a protocol task. After doing the internship, the author came to the conclusion that this program is very useful for preparing for the world of work.
