Abstract
Internship is a program in the form of job training, organized by institutions and companies. Through this program, a student will get various guidance in the workplace. Students also get benefits such as expertise or networking in the world of work. Joining an internship program at Hyatt Regency Yogyakarta is the best way for students to apply the knowledge gained from the university. Students are placed in the Front Office Department as Bell Boy who will accompany guests from the hotel entrance to the hotel living room. In this case, the bellboy will help carry the luggage of arriving guests and ensure guests receive a warm welcome and service. Bell Boy also provides information to guests about hotel facilities and the environment of the area. In other words, the internship program is useful for students to prepare themselves to enter the world of work.
