Abstract
Gamashirt KOPMA UGM is located on Jl. Agro, Kocoran, Caturtunggal, Kec. Depok, Sleman Regency, Special Region of Yogyakarta. Gamashirt is one of UGM student activity units that provides various UGM merchandise, such as mugs, calendars, wall clocks, gowns, t-shirts and many more. Sales transactions at Gamashirt KOPMA UGM still use face-to-face media where buyers still go to Gamashirt outlets directly to choose the items to be purchased. After being sure of the goods to be purchased, the buyer goes directly to the cashier to make payment. After that, Gamashirt employees will check the goods and then process the payment in cash. For this reason, the author will implement a web-based sales system that can facilitate transaction activities so that it can produce sales reports, payments, product inventory information and admins are able to process data digitally to facilitate data retrieval through available reports. This sales system is made by designing a system that includes context diagrams, level diagrams, data flow diagrams (DFD), entity relationship diagrams (ERD), and database design. The tools used to build the system are Sublime Text with the programming languages used, namely PHP and MySQL, as well as system testing using the black box testing method. The result of this final project is a Web-Based UGM Merchandise Sales System at Gamashirt Kopma UGM which can facilitate transaction activities so that it can produce sales reports, payments, product inventory information and admins are able to digitally process data to facilitate data search through available reports.
