Abstract
Souvenir is an object that is identical to a certain area or event. The business process that runs at the Vadenpika Souvenir Shop is in selecting products according to the wishes of the buyer and the number of product orders. If you are sure about the selected product, the ordering process is done via chat or online. Payment can be made by bank transfer method after placing an order. Then proof of payment can be sent via WhatsApp in the form of an image file to the shop owner. If the buyer places an order by coming to the store, the transaction is still using a paper note. The purpose of this research is to build a Web-based application for ordering at the Vadenpika Souvenir Store and facilitating delivery. There are implementation stages used in designing the rental system including data collection, interviews, observation, analysis and design, program development and program testing. Web-Based Souvenir Ordering System for Vadenpika Souvenirs can help the sales process on the Vadenpika Souvenir website with 82.8% questionnaire test results.
