Abstract

This writing aims to determine the salary procedures for employees at Perusahaan Umum Daerah (PERUMDA) Air Minum Tirta Binangun Kabupaten Kulon Progo. PERUMDA Air Minum Tirta Binangun Kulon Progo is one of the Regional Owned Enterprises (BUMD) which is engaged in providing clean water services for the Kulon Progo regency area. The issue of payroll is very important for someone who works in a company including for employees who work at PERUMDA Air Minum Tirta Binangun kabupaten Kulon Progo. Therefore, the problems studied in this report are: 1) Salary components used in PERUMDA Air Minum Tirta Binangun Kabupaten Kulon Progo; 2) Documents related to the procedure for employee payroll at PERUMDA Air Minum Tirta Binangun Kabupaten Kulon Progo; 3) What is the procedure for employee remuneration at PERUMDA Air Minum Tirta Binangun Kabupaten Kulon Progo. The location of the study in this observation is PERUMDA Air Minum Tirta Binangun Kabupaten Kulon Progo which is located on Jl. Masjid Agung No. 1, Wates, Kulon Progo. The results of this observation indicate that the employee payroll procedure at PERUMDA Air Minum Tirta Binangun Kabupaten Kulon Progo good enough. However based on the results of observers, there are still deficiencies in the employee payroll procedure at PERUMDA Air Minum Tirta Binangun Kabupaten Kulon Progo, namely the payroll process and attendance list documents which are still manual. In order for the payroll procedure to run properly and correctly, the payroll process must be carried out using an application while the attendance register uses an application or fingerprint. The use of applications in the payroll process and attendance list aims to reduce the occurrence of fraud, errors, fraud or irregularities in the calculation and payment of employee salaries.
