Abstract

A clean and transparent system of government and public services is a challenge that must be answered by government institutions in carrying out their functions. Fena Leisela sub-district is a sub-district located in the Buru Regency, Maluku Province. The service is still done manually by means of visitors visiting the sub-district office, filling out the application form and waiting to be processed as a result, the services provided are still not optimal. The above problems encourage the author to build a service system that is e-Government. System development is carried out covering the stages of planning, analysis, design, and system implementation. Methods of data collection is done by means of observation, interviews and literature study. The information system that the author built is web-based and mobile using the PHP, Javascript and MySQL programming languages as a centralized database from the server so that it can be accessed directly by the public. The result of this research is to produce a system that provides faster service and improves the performance of the service process for the residents of Fena Leisela District. keywords: e-Government, public services, web, mobile, sub-district
