Abstract

Kinclong Laundry is a place of business engaged in the service of washing ironing clothes. Kinclong Laundry is known to the public for its good ironing and washing services. To design an information system in the form of computerized recording and management of transaction data and goods to facilitate activities in the company. Recording of orders or orders that are not neatly arranged and there is an error in recording data on Kinclong Laundry and calculating laundry costs that should be paid by the customer. The existence that is needed by many people to serve washing ironing clothes for customers who need their services. In the rapidly developing era of globalization that demands that Kinclong Laundry examine information that is carried out quickly and efficiently, data processing is a reference regarding the customer's residence. The Web-Based Laundry Service System is made to facilitate the smooth operation of the company's operational activities. The system that is made to work as much as possible is used to improve the company's performance in managing customer data. The implementation of this information system uses the MySQL database programming language as the database server. The results of this study are in the form of customer data management for users in improving strategic transaction data processes.
