Abstract

Marfabeautycare store is a shop engaged in skin care which is located in Dukuh Tuwuhan, Pasungan Village, Klaten Regency. The products that are sold are safe to use, starting from teenagers, adults and even pregnant women can also use them because the products at the Marfabeautycare store are BPOM certified. The problem faced by the Marfabeautycare store is that the process of sales and purchase transaction data is still recorded in a book which is deemed inefficient, and does not yet have a transaction note, and the ordering process is carried out, that is, customers must come to the store directly or send messages via social media WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook, this has an impact on services that are still not optimal and customers have difficulty getting information about products. The purpose of this research is to build a sales information system that can provide convenience to customers in making purchase transactions at Marfabeautycare stores, and facilitate sellers in managing sales transaction data. The method used in this research is using the waterfall method, there are research stages used in designing a sales system, namely data collection, analysis and design, programming, system testing. The conclusion of this study is to be able to build a web-based skin care topical drug sales information system that can facilitate the sales process on the marfabeautycare website and is proven by the test results 90% agree.
