Abstract

Amazing Point of Balance is a provider of psychology and edu-kinesiology consulting services. Amazing Point of Balance has conducted consultations and therapies using psychological and kinesiological approaches. Amazing Point of Balance has a counseling scheduling system that is still not efficient and effective. Counseling schedule determination is still done manually, so it takes a long time to determine the schedule. In addition, there are often unilateral cancellations from clients who have already placed orders. Based on the problems above, this system was created to make it easier for clients to get the latest information about counseling service hours and find out about the Amazing Point of Balance profile. Providing information to the wider community so that clients get information about counseling schedules and can schedule appointments without having to come to the location. The method used in developing the system in this study is using the waterfall method with the research stages of data collection, system analysis, system design, system implementation and then system testing. The system built uses the PHP programming language, Laravel framework, and MySQL as the database server, Visual Studio Code as a text editor. Then there is a system testing method using a questionnaire distributed to users. This research produces a web system. To find out the performance, a system test was carried out using the waterfall method. The test results show that this application is feasible for use by customers.
