Abstract
Wawan Motor is located in Ringinputih Village, Borobudur District, Magelang Regency, Central Java. Wawan Motor is a repair shop that focuses on the repair and replacement of motorcycle spare parts with the aim of restoring motorbikes to their prime condition and ready to be used as a means of daily transportation. The workshop reservation system currently still uses the manual method which can sometimes be lost or inaccurate in recording reservations. The purpose of this research is to build a web-based motorcycle repair service reservation system. The system development method uses the waterfall method, namely data collection, analysis and design, programming, testing and operation. The results of this study are a reservation system for motorcycle repair services at Wawan Motor's web-based workshop made with php language and MySQL database. This system is made to make it easier for the customer, where the customer can easily choose the time when he can make a reservation and when he has to come to the workshop and get real-time information regarding the status of his repair.
