Abstract

he quality of the performance of each employee in a company or agency determines the success or failure of a company's goals. Therefore, in a company or institution it is necessary to conduct a performance appraisal for each employee so that employees can work competitively and professionally. As happened at the Sleman Ninja Express Station, the company evaluates and assesses freelance employees (uncommitted employees) to be promoted to PKWT employees (work agreement for a certain time) where when the employee has been appointed as a PKWT employee, the employee will receive benefits in his work. The process of assessing and evaluating companies has not been computerized and still uses manual calculations and has not used algorithmic methods so that the accuracy of the resulting data is less than optimal. The purpose of research on a decision support system for hiring PKWT employees using the weighted aggregated sum product assessment (WASPAS) method is to facilitate the employee appraisal process and optimize the accuracy of the assessment. Based on the research that has been done, the comparison of manual calculations with the waspas method and the results of system calculations with the waspas method has an accuracy rate of 100%, where the alternative values Q1 and Q2 get the highest alternative value with the same value of 1
