Abstract
Abstrak Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menilai pengaruh motivasi, lingkungan kerja, dan kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja (K3) karyawan PT Mandiri Jogja Internasional terhadap kinerja mereka. Regresi linear berganda adalah teknik yang digunakan untuk menguji hubungan antara kinerja karyawan (variabel dependen) dan K3, lingkungan, dan motivasi (variabel independen). Kuesioner dibagikan kepada 70 karyawan PT Mandiri Jogja Internasional untuk mengumpulkan data. Teknik pengolahan data meliputi analisis regresi linier berganda, uji asumsi klasik, uji validitas dan reliabilitas, dan analisis statistik deskriptif. Menurut temuan penelitian, kinerja karyawan secara signifikan dipengaruhi oleh motivasi, lingkungan, dan K3. Secara individual, motivasi memiliki dampak besar yang menguntungkan pada seberapa baik kinerja karyawan, oleh karena itu semakin termotivasi seseorang dalam bekerja, semakin baik kinerjanya.. Kinerja karyawan sangat ditingkatkan oleh lingkungan kerja yang nyaman, baik secara fisik maupun sosial. Selain itu, variabel K3 secara signifikan meningkatkan kinerja pegawai. Kepuasan karyawan dan perasaan dihargai di tempat kerja meningkatkan keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja, yang bermanfaat bagi kinerja. Ketiga faktor independen (motivasi, lingkungan, dan K3) secara bersamaan menunjukkan pengaruh yang cukup besar terhadap kinerja pekerja. Kinerja karyawan dipengaruhi oleh motivasi, lingkungan, dan K3 di PT Mandiri Jogja International. Kata kunci: motivasi, lingkungan, keselamatan kesehatan kerja, kinerja karyawan, regresi linear berganda Abstract The purpose of this study was to assess the influence of motivation, work environment, and occupational health and safety (K3) of PT Mandiri Jogja Internasional employees on their performance. Multiple linear regression is a technique used to examine the relationship between employee performance (the dependent variable) and OSH, environment, and motivation (the independent variable). Questionnaires were distributed to 70 employees of PT Mandiri Jogja Internasional to collect data. Data processing techniques include multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption test, validity and reliability test, and descriptive statistical analysis. According to research findings, employee performance is significantly influenced by motivation, environment, and OSH. Individually, motivation has a large beneficial impact on how well employees perform, therefore the more motivated a person is at work, the better the performance. Employee performance is greatly enhanced by a comfortable work environment, both physically and socially. In addition, the K3 variable significantly improves employee performance. Employee satisfaction and feeling valued at work increase occupational safety and health, which is beneficial to performance. The three independent factors (motivation, environment, and OSH) simultaneously show a significant influence on worker performance. Employee performance is influenced by motivation, environment, and OSH at PT Mandiri Jogja International.
