Abstract

ABSTRAK Postur kerja dari seorang pekerja di dalam melaksanakan aktivitas kerjanya merupakan salah satu faktor yang dapat menentukan hasil kerja. Postur kerja yang kurang baik dan dilaksanakan secara berulang-ulang pada sistem kerja ataupun fasilitas kerja yang tidak ergonomis tentunya akan mengakibatkan lebih cepatnya timbul kelelahan pada para pekerja tersebut. Terutama bagi UMKM Ketela Mas dimana salah satu bentuk peranan manusia masih menggunakan aktivitas pemindahan material secara manual (Manual Material Handling) MMH. Metode yang peneliti gunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah REBA dan RULA. Dimana, metode REBA dan RULA adalah metode yang digunakan untuk mengukur seluruh postur tubuh pekerja yang nantinya akan diidentifikasi resiko yang dialami pekerja parah atau tidak. Berdasarkan penelitian ini didapatkan hasil score pada metode REBA, tabel rekapiulasi pengkategorian skor REBA diketahui pada postur kerja pengupasan singkong didapatkan score 7, dengan status level resiko tinggi maka diperlukan segera tindakan. Pada postur kerja pemarutan singkong didapatkan score 7, dengan status level resiko tinggi maka diperlukan segera tindakan. Pada aktivitas pengangkutan singkong didapatkan score 7, dengan status level resiko tinggi maka diperlukan segera tindakan. Pada aktivitas pemindahan kulit singkong didapatkan score 11, dengan status level resiko sangat tinggi maka diperlukan perbaikan saat ini juga. Sedangkan untuk metode RULA pada aktivitas pengupasan singkong score akhir dari dari penilaian RULA adalah 6, yang dimana score 6 masuk didalam action level 3 yang berarti penanganan lebih lanjut, butuh perubahan segera. Pada aktivitas pemarutan singkong, score akhir dari dari penilaian RULA adalah 7, yang dimana score 7 masuk didalam action level 4 yang berarti Sangat beresiko, lakukan perubahan sekarang. Pada aktivitas pengangkutan singkong, score akhir dari dari penilaian RULA adalah 7, Yang dimana score 7 masuk didalam action level 4 yang berarti sangat beresiko, lakukan perubahan sekarang. Pada aktivitas pemindahan kulit singkong score akhir dari dari penilaian RULA adalah 7, Yang dimana score 7 masuk didalam action level 4 yang berarti Sangat beresiko, lakukan perubahan sekarang. Unfavorable work postures and carried out repeatedly in non-ergonomic work systems or work facilities will certainly result in faster fatigue for these workers. Especially for UMKM Ketela Mas where one form of human role is still using MMH manual material handling activities. The methods that the researchers used in this study were REBA and RULA. Where, the REBA and RULA methods are methods used to measure all body postures of workers which will later identify the risks experienced by workers who are severe or not. Based on this research, the score results obtained on the REBA method, the REBA score categorization recapitulation table is known for the cassava peeling work posture, a score of 7 is obtained, with a high risk level status, immediate action is needed. In the cassava grating work posture, a score of 7 is obtained, with a high risk level status, immediate action is needed. In the cassava transport activity, a score of 7 was obtained, with a high risk level status, immediate action is needed. In the activity of removing cassava peels, a score of 11 was obtained, with a very high risk level status, so repairs are needed right now. Whereas for the RULA method for cassava peeling activities the final score from the RULA assessment is 6, where a score of 6 is included in the action level 3 which means further handling requires immediate changes. In the cassava peeling activity, the final score of the RULA assessment is 7, where a score of 7 is included in the action level 4 which means Very risky, make changes now. In the activity of transporting cassava, the final score of the RULA assessment is 7, where a score of 7 is included in action level 4 which means it is very risky, make changes now. In the activity of removing cassava peels the final score from the RULA assessment is 7, where a score of 7 is included in action level 4 which means it is very risky, make changes now.
