Abstract

ABSTRAK Kenyamanan visual lingkungan seringkali terganggu karena tata letak Pedagang Kaki Lima (PKL) yang kurang teratur dengan baik, sehingga diharuskan merelokasi PKL menuju tempat yang baru. Kegiatan relokasi berpengaruh terhadap estetika kawasan (estetika sensory, estetika formal, dan estetika simbolik), selain itu pada aspek ekonomi terhadap ( jenis komoditas usaha dan pendapatan PKL). Penelitian ini dilakukan Kawasan Jalan Bhali, kampung Pandanrejo RT 01 RW 05, Kelurahan Kabupaten, Kecamatan Klaten Tengah, Kabupaten Klaten. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh relokasi PKL terhadap estetika kawasan dan aspek ekonomi di kawasan Jalan Bhali, Kecamatan Klaten Tengah menurut persepsi pelaku usaha. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif karena penelitian ini lebih menekankan pada kedalaman informasi. Dalam mengumpulkan data, peneliti menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Penentuan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan purposive sampling dengan total jumlah sampel sebanyak 80 informan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Manfaat penelitian ini sebagai bentuk pengalaman, pengetahuan, dan pemahaman terhadap pengaruh relokasi PKL terhadap estetika kawasan dan aspek ekonomi dimasa yang akan datang. Kata kunci: PKL , Estetika Kawasan, Aspek Ekonomi ABSTRACT The visual comfort of the environment is often disturbed because the layout of street vendors (PKL) is not well organized, so it is necessary to relocate PKL to a new place. Relocation activities affect the aesthetics of the area (sensory aesthetics, formal aesthetics, and symbolic aesthetics), in addition to the economic aspects of (types of business commodities and PKL income). This research was conducted in the Jalan Bhali area, Pandanrejo village RT 01 RW 05, Regency Village, Klaten Tengah District, Klaten Regency. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of street vendor relocation on the aesthetics of the area and economic aspects in the Jalan Bhali area, Klaten Tengah District according to the perceptions of business actors. The research method used is qualitative method because this research emphasizes more on the depth of information. In collecting data, researchers used interviews, observation and documentation. The sample determination was carried out using purposive sampling with a total sample size of 80 informants. The data analysis technique used is qualitative descriptive analysis technique. The benefits of this research are as a form of experience, knowledge, and understanding of the influence of street vendor relocation on regional aesthetics and economic aspects in the future.
