Abstract
ABSTRACT Frog shelter cafe is a line of business engaged in the business of selling food and drinks. The products offered by Frog Shelter Café come from a variety of high quality coffee preparations. At this time, Frog Shelter cafe still uses a third party system to carry out every transaction activity. The system used is still not optimal in meeting needs, because there are no complete features that can directly manage finances in the cashier system that they are currently using. With this system in place, all transaction processes to financial management can be done easily without having to install another system. The method used is Prototype and for designing this system using a model (unified modeling language). The technique used is by direct research into the field by way of observation, interviews, and documentation. It is hoped that with this system, the Frog Shelter Café business will be able to compete with other business sectors. Keywords: Application, survey, cashier, Frog Shelter Café, customer system
