Abstract

ABSTRACT PO. Hikmah Agung is a bus company that focuses on leasing tourist buses located in the jeruklegi sub-district of Cilacap Regency. The problem that occurs is that the owner feels less efficient with the reservation flow because he still uses the telephone as a means of transaction. The manager also feels that PO. Hikmah Agung needs a computerized system to manage all existing data to be better organized and minimize errors that can harm managers and customers. The purpose of this research is to add insight and knowledge while implementing the theory into the company. In the initial stage, the development of a reservation information system begins with making a system needs analysis and then continues with the implementation process based on the results of the needs analysis. The final stage of this research is to produce a system that will be built. In this final project, it is hoped that the construction of this reservation system can be useful for users, both customers and companies. Keywords: System, Reservation, Reservation System.
