Abstract

The aim of this research is to know and understand the procedures for providing financing using the 5C principles and to evaluate the procedures for providing financing using the 5C principles at KSPPS BMT Dana Utama Jogonalan. Based on the results of research that the author has conducted, it can be concluded that the procedures for providing financing carried out at KSPPS BMT Dana Utama Jogonalan are in accordance with existing procedures. However, in practice there are still shortcomings, such as in the financing application procedure, namely the absence of a printed serial number for the application form and the queue number for prospective customers to submit a financing application, then in the financing feasibility analysis procedure there is no survey results form at the prospective customer's place and a financing analysis results form. uses the 5C principle, and in the procedure for granting financing decisions there is no decision letter or approval from the manager. From the results of this research, the author provides suggestions for achieving financing procedures with better practices, by making a printed serial number for the financing application form and the queue number for prospective customers, then adding a survey results form and a financing analysis results form using the 5C principle, The financing department should make a decision letter or approval from the manager.
