Abstract

Ratih Dental Care is located on Jalan Tempel Turi KM. 4 Bangunharjo, Bangun Kerto, Turi District, Sleman Regency, Special Region of Yogyakarta is a dental clinic that provides examinations and treatments as well as dental and oral health consultations for patients. The service process carried out by this Dental Clinic is to make a doctor's appointment by contacting the Dental Clinic using WhatsApp and then waiting for confirmation from the Clinic for examination and treatment. Ratih Dental Care Clinic limits patient quotas for examinations and treatment, however there is often a backlog of patient examinations and treatments because some patients do not attend according to the schedule determined by Dental Care. Seeing the positive side of the information system, it will be very beneficial for the Dental Clinic. By designing a reservation information system for periodic examinations and maintenance at dental clinics, the aim is to design and implement a website-based information system for reservations for periodic examinations and maintenance in dental clinics which can provide convenience for clinic users in know the management of scheduling and service to patients at the dental clinic. This website was developed using the Laravel framework and MySQL database. The result of this research is a website application program that can help patients make online examination and treatment reservations.
