Abstract

Kwartir Branch (Kwarcab) is a collective leadership organization that manages the Scout Movement at the City/Regency level. Based on the level/region, the Branch Kwartir is located in each city/district. Mail service at the Sragen City Branch Kwartir Scout Movement Office is a letter service activity carried out by the Branch Kwartir administrators to the community, especially Scout Movement members who need these letters. This includes activity notification letters, recommendation letters, etc. So far, the service has been carried out manually by visiting the Kwartir Scout Movement Office, Sragen City Branch to submit the required letter, a few days later coming back to collect the letter that was previously submitted, so if you don't make this application and continue to use this method, it will seem less effective. . Likewise, people had to make several trips to the Sragen City Branch Office of the Kwartir Scout Movement to submit and collect the letter. The creation of this information system was carried out by collecting data, analyzing, designing, implementing and testing the information system for the research object, namely the Kwartir Scout Movement Office, Sragen City Branch, to help make it easier to write to this agency.
