Abstract
Utilizing information technology is an important thing that must be done in the current digital era. One example is the restaurant booking process. By applying technology, consumers' dining table orders at restaurants can be more organized and accurate. Unfortunately, there are still many restaurants that have not been able to design a digitalized system for the booking process or ordering food at their restaurants, one of which is Awan Mbengi. Therefore, this research aims to build a web-based restaurant booking information system that can assist customers in the booking process as well as menu and table information available at Awan Mbengi. To support this research, data collection methods were carried out by means of interviews, observation and literature study. This system was developed by the Laravel framework and MySQL database. The results of this research are an application program that will later be able to help and make it easier for customers to carry out the booking process and provide information about the menu and tables available at Awan Mbengi.
