Abstract

DEVELOPMENT OF A WEBSITE-BASED APPROVAL SYSTEM (ONLINE APPROVAL) AT PT. TPPI Muhammad Kholilul Rohman, Farida Ardiani, S.Kom., M.Kom. Information Systems Study Program, Faculty of Science & Technology University of Technology Yogyakarta Jl. Ringroad Utara Jombor Sleman Yogyakarta E-mail : khlrohman@gmail.com, ardianifarida@gmail.com, ABSTRACT The system still has several shortcomings in its procedures. The application process can only be done on office computers. This causes a lack of efficiency in implementing systems to approve data processing. Employees cannot follow up if the application has not been approved. This process results in a lot of time being wasted just waiting for approval. The data collection method used in this research was observation to find out the actual incident and interviews with PT Trans-Pacific Petrochemical Indotama (TPPI). The previous system still used local-based approval which could only be done in office areas. The creation of this approved integrated information system will provide a system that can be done online. Users can immediately see the submission data being validated by superiors, this will make it very easy to monitor employee submissions being validated by superiors. By creating an approved integrated information system, this will provide a system that can be done online. The system that has been created, PT TPPI can collect data on users, positions, employees, leave categories, overtime categories, medical groups, payment types, leave applications, service applications, medical applications and medical applications. Apart from that, PT TPPI can make reports on leave applications, overtime applications, medical applications and service applications. Keywords: System, Approval, Validation, Integrated.
