Abstract
This final assignment report aims to determine and analyze the realization of the regional income and expenditure budget for 2021-2023. This report is related to assessing the effectiveness and efficiency of local government performance at the Yogyakarta City Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency. Analysis of APBD realization uses effectiveness and efficiency ratios. Based on the results of the analysis, the Yogyakarta City Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency generally has effective and efficient criteria in its budget. In 2021-2023 there will be an increase in effectiveness, while the level of efficiency in 2021-2023 will fluctuate. 2021 has quite effective value, while 2022-2023 has effective value. The years 2021 and 2023 have efficient values, while in 2022 the efficiency values increase to become very efficient. The effectiveness and efficiency of the expenditure budget at the Yogyakarta City Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency has been carried out well.
