Abstract
This research aims to analyse the payroll system and procedures at the Regional Financial, Revenue and Asset Management Agency of Bantul Regency. In this case, the methods used to collect data are interviews and observations with a qualitative descriptive approach. Determination of data sources is obtained from sources (informants), documents or archives, as well as events that occurred at the observation location. The data collection techniques used were interviews, observation, and documentation in participating in activities related to payroll systems and procedures. The results of this research show that the systems used in the recitation process, namely SIMGAJI and SIPD, are quite complex and effective in helping complete the work, and the procedures carried out are actually in accordance with applicable regulations.
