Abstract

Financing is funding issued to support planned investments, either done by yourself or run by others. One factor that can affect financing is the financing procedure. PT Federal International Finance is a subsidiary of PT Astra International Tbk, which is engaged in the service sector that offers a series of financing facilities to meet consumer needs. This study discusses financing at PT Federal International Finance, Cilacap Branch. Financing procedure information aims to facilitate consumers in financing. This study aims to determine and evaluate the implementation of financing procedures at PT Federal International Finance, Cilacap Branch. This study uses data sources in the form of secondary data by utilizing existing data to find new problems. The results of the study show that 1) the financing system and procedures at FIF start from the application, queuing consumer data to the system, then verification through field checks, then the termination stage, and finally the payment or collection stage. 2) Deficiencies were found in the financing procedures at FIF, Cilacap Branch, namely the Authorization System, employee quality and employee performance
