Abstract

WEB-BASED CAPITAL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (Case Study: Genengduwur Village Office, Gemolong District) Yosi Hestika, Ahmad Tri Hidayat, S.Kom., M.Kom. Information Systems Study Program, Faculty of Science & Technology University of Technology Yogyakarta Jl. Ringroad Utara Jombor Sleman Yogyakarta E-mail : yoshihestika@gmail.com, ahmad.tri.h@uty.ac.id ABSTRACT The Genengduwur Village Office is used as a center for population service activities provided by the village head's office to its residents. The current population service process in the form of submitting letters at the Genengduwur Village Head's Office still uses conventional bookkeeping or archives and has not been properly regulated. As a result, there are problems in producing reports. Based on the problems existing at the Genengduwur Village Office, a correspondence management system was designed using the Waterfall development method. This system was created using DAD (Data Flow Diagram) as the system flow design, then using ERD (Entity Relationship Diagram) as the data structure design in the database, and MySQL as database processing. The results of this research produce a Web-based Correspondence Management System which is expected to make it easier for Genengduwur residents in the process of making cover letters and certificates. Testing the performance of this system used the GTMetrix tool and obtained a D score with a performance of 59% and a structure with a score of 76%. Keywords: System, Correspondence, web, PHP, MySQL
