Abstract
ABSTRAK Seperti yang terjadi pada PC. GKBI Medari mengenai naik turunnya hasil produksi yang dihasilkan tidak sesuai target. Perusahaan mentargetkan rata-rata produksi 95.000 meter/hari. Namun terjadi masalah pada perusahaan, terjadinya absen dengan rata-rata 278 karyawan pada periode 2023, sehinggga target perusahaan tidak terpenuhi dengan rata-rata produksi 35.000 meter/hari. Metode regresi linear berganda melibatkan pendekatan statistik untuk memodelkan hubungan antara satu variabel dependen dengan dua atau lebih variabel independen. Hasil analisis memperoleh peroleh nilai F hitung sebesar 7,335, F tabel sebesar 3,35, dan nilai determinasi Adjusted R Square sebesar 0,304. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa disiplin kerja dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan. Koefisien motivasi (X1) sebesar 0,486 dan disiplin kerja (X1) sebesar 0,360, bahwa terdapat pengaruh antara motivasi dan disiplin kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja (Y), maka yang lebih dominan yaitu motivasi. Memberikan pelatihan dan sosialisasi berkaitan dengan motivasi dan disiplin terhadap karyawan. Nevertheless, the company faced an issue with absenteeism, as an average of 278 employees were absent during the 2023 period. Consequently, the company did not meet its target production of 35,000 meters/day. The multiple linear regression method uses statistical analysis to model the connection between a single dependent variable and two or more independent variables. The analysis produced a calculated F value of 7.335, an F table value of 3.35, and an Adjusted R Square determination value of 0.304. Based on the findings, it is evident that both work discipline and work motivation play a significant role in influencing employee work productivity. The motivation coefficient (X1) is 0.486, while the work discipline coefficient (X1) is 0.360, indicating a direct impact of motivation and work discipline on work productivity (Y), with motivation being the more dominant factor. Therefore, it is recommended that training and workshops be offered to enhance motivation and discipline among employees to improve work productivity further.
