Abstract

TEG memiliki potensi menyediakan daya rendah bagi komponen mikro-sensor untuk melakukan aktivitas pencatatan aktivitas melalui accelerometer sensor, sampling menggunakan microphone, dan mengirim sebuat status pesan berbentuk byte Kata kunci : Generator Termoelektrik(TEG), DC-DC konverter, Energy Harverting ABSTRAK The need for electrical energy that has become part of anyone in carrying out daily activities, the most economical way that can be relied upon by using the battery, but the performance of the battery will decrease with the time of use. Therefore, alternative efforts need to be made to utilize human body heat using a thermoelectric generator (TEG). TEG converts heat energy (temperature difference) into electrical energy, using the Seebeck effect. Utilizing body heat as a TEG heat source and cooling using air to produce temperature differences. Equipped with DC-DC converter LCT3108 produces a maximum power of 5.94 mW at a temperature difference of 3.90 ° C. The maximum efficiency achieved by TEG reached 9.44% at a difference in temperature of 5.37 ° C. TEGs have the potential to provide low-power for micro-sensor components to perform activity activity activity through sensor accelerometer, microphone sampling, and send a post-shaped status message. Kata kunci : Thermoelectric Generator (TEG), DC-DC converter, Energy Harvesting
