Abstract

This study aims to develop learning media of Social Science Subject by using Adobe Flash CS 5.5 in grade V of SDN Sinduadi Barat, Kutu Patran, Sinduadi, Sleman and to investigate the level of feasibility of developing the learning media by using Adobe Flash CS. This type of research is Research and Development (R & D) development methods which uses the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). The development of multimedia-based learning media consists of four stages, namely: (1) Analysis, (2) Design, (3) Development, (4) Implementation or trial use, (5) Evaluation. The feasibility of multimedia-based learning media is determined based on expert validation tests and trials to students through the questionnaire stage. Data analysis implements quantitative descriptive method. The result of the assessment from media experts receives an average of 4.68 (very good), the assessment from the material expert obtains a score of 4.05 (good) and the evaluation results is 4.35 (very good). Thus, interactive learning media on social science subjects is feasible to be used as interactive learning media for grade V in SD N Sinduadi Barat Key Words: learning media, multimedia, social science
