The use of electricity at certain hours is sometimes not conditioned by the capacity and needs of its users. This results in a reduced lifetime of the equipment, and will waste electrical energy. Limiting the use of electrical equipment is very important. Automation systems in Indonesia are increasingly needed by many people in the wider community who want all jobs to be completed quickly and help in all aspects of their needs. One of which is to facilitate the people in controlling electrical equipment in a dwelling. Home lights at this time still use manual system, which is still using a switch which in its control is very impractical. To solve the problem, an automation tool is needed to turn on and turn off the lights regularly and scheduled. Therefore, in this study the author conducts conditioning or controlling electronic devices especially for lights and fans using a proportional method that can work automatically so that it has the efficiency of saving energy as an effort to overcome the scarcity of electrical energy. The research method used in making this tool is data collection method, needs analysis and tools system designing. The result of this study is the making of a household electric load automatic control system tool using a triplex frame material which is arranged in the form of a miniature house for automatic system placement. This tool system is controlled by the Arduino Mega 2560 microcontroller DHT11 sensor as an input to the system as a reference to regulate the fan rotation speed with the fan aquatic in the form of L298N module and LDR sensor as input to the system for reference to determine the light level control light dimmer module. After testing and measuring the household electrical load automatic control system using a proportional method the system can work well, the measurement results of the use of power on the lamp before using the system is 48.4 W and after using the system at 35.2 W, the system can save electric power of 13.2 W or 27.3% while in the power fan is used before using the system 0.72 W after using the system 0.36 W, the system can save electricity power of 0.36 W or 50% Keywords: Automatic, Proportional, electricity, DHT11 Sensor, Arduino mega 2560 LDR Sensor.
