Abstract

E-commerce is an activity that deals directly with the trading of goods, services, and business activities through electronic media. This e-Commerce service was built to be able to help Ayasha Hijab House stores in managing product promotions and managing product data. In the E-commerce system design process uses research methods with the type of case study research at the store, where the data collection techniques used include the first technique is observation to observe directly the work process carried out in the work environment. The second is an interview that is conducting a dialogue directly with the authorities in the Ayasha Hijab House shop. The third technique is the literary technique which is done by looking for data or theories related to the problems being faced either through books or internet media that provide a lot of information that is useful to supplement the information needs to be needed. The goal to be achieved in the E-commerce system design is to help manage product data, manage orders, manage product returns and promote products from the Ayasha Hijab House store. With E-commerce system services, store owners are expected to expand their market share to promote their products so that the products and stores of Ayasha Hijab House are better known to the wider community in Indonesia.
