Abstract
RSUD Dr. Sudirman is a hospital that has Non PNS employees and freelancers. Every month there is a payroll process but the salary calculation process is still manually using Excel. The process of calculating employee salaries will feel complicated if it still uses the manual system. Especially if there are a large number of employees who have to be paid. The process of calculating the salaries of permanent employees at RSUD Dr. Sudirman is still manual, so it feels complicated and inefficient. This study aims to make the work of the financial section more effective and efficient or facilitate the inclusion of permanent employee data with fast and precise calculations. The method used is the method of collecting data where there are observations, interviews, literature studies, and documentation. The application for managing the salaries of non-permanent employees and web-based freelancers helps employees to calculate their personal salary. The results of this study are the application of employee salary management designed to facilitate the staff of RSUD Dr. Sudirman especially in the finance department to carry out management activities and calculation of salaries of non PNS and TKL employees.
