ABSTRACT In Indonesia today, CNC machines or Computer Numerical Controls specifically for PCB printing systems are widely used in the field of Electrical Engineering. It is important to use cheaper and faster printed circuit boards for various engineering projects. This report discusses PCB printing machines used to engrave and drill circuits on PCB. For this reason, we need to update the image file to G-code using the Flatcam software. Then this G code is applied to be processed by Arduino using Universal G-code Sender software. Arduino UNO with ATmega 328 Microcontroller is used to control all electrical systems on the machine. Then the G-code that has been received by Arduino will be used by a stepper motor to be able to move the drill and PCB board to the path according to the initial design. In addition to sending G-code files, Universal G-code Sender can also be used to update machine movements. The results of testing the PCB printing machine can do 20 drilling points in a period of 2 minutes 11 seconds with a feed rate of 0.005mm / minute and a distance between 0.1 inch points. Then the test results of making lines in sizes T8, T10, T12, T15, T20, T25, T30, T40, T50, T60 with a feed rate of 0.025mm / minute and the distance of each size of 0.5 inch can be completed within a period of 5 minutes 10 seconds. However, in testing the pathway for the size of T8 to T30 there is still an error that is a broken line. So that it can be concluded for the manufacture of minimal lines using the size of T40.
