Abstract

ABSTRACT The processs of collecting hotel room reservation data and guests service activities in Sahid Rich Jogja Hotel still use a manual system. This making the data mixed with other data and the system is less than optimal. Errors often occur at the time of reservation, both reservation room bookings, services, and hotel facilities. This reservation information system is an application that can create information systems that are able to produce data that is fast, easy, and accurate. The construction of the hotel reservation information system can help employees serve guests who make reservations and services that are ordered to be more optimal. Data will be structured and will not be mixed with other data. The results presented from the output are in the form of transaction information when booking and services ordered while in the hotel. Keyword : information systems, reservation, and transaction information.
