Abstract
Pejarakan village office is a central goverment to villagers service especially for making letter required for villagers. Based on observation, data processing in the village office already used computer but not automation yet. Data processing used Microsoft Office. It required the village office to update the system for better service to villagers. The problem that occurred was that sometime the villagers forgot to bring the required documents to apply for the application letter and it took time because they needed to go back home and bring the documents. With the design and manufacture of Administrative and Population Information System in Pejarakan village, it simplified processing user data, resident user data, resident data, family certificate data, birth and death resident data, mutation data (resident come and move), creating covering letters for making identity card (KTP), family certificate (KK), birth certificate, death certificate, making report about population and demographics. Administrative and Population Information System served the villagers to create covering letter for any needs both online or offline.
